Service Description

Let’s navigate motherhood with a little fun, grace, and know-how during this unique program which was mindfully created for new (and experienced) moms and their littles. Mom + Babe is designed to enrich your life with your babe, help you enjoy motherhood with other moms in a safe non-judgemental space. An emphasis on mindful parenting approaches and real life experiences will be discussed. Together we will navigate the “bumpy times” because let’s be real, we all have them and it’s worth discussing. Lavender's weekly group will calm your worries, allow you to connect with other moms and not worry so much about “getting it right”. Lavender Mom + Babe will help you feel more confident about making choices for you, your baby, and your family. Classes include songs, movement, guidance around play, as well as open discussion (educational support) and effective parenting techniques. At Lavender Mom + Babe there will never be “too much information”. We can discuss anything related to mom, babe, relationships with our spouse and our growing needs as our families expand. Let’s build this village together.
